Not all of them. Virgos are suppose to be clean, organized and have a plan for everything. While my hygiene standards are high, my house standards are not. In fact, it’s getting kind of cluttered in here. I’m also pretty spontaneous and frivolous when there is money involved. But I am really independent though. I also have to consciously think about what I say. I’ve been told (a lot!) that I can be pretty harsh.

Legally, I’m an Aquarius. But I honestly have no idea lol. I was born in a village in the mountains of Laos, and they didn’t actually keep track of the days of the year. So when my family came to America, I received a random date as my birthday =P
Wow. WOW. This is such a cool story!! I was wondering what you meant when you said “legally”…and now it all makes sense! Do you even know what time of year it was? (BTW, when did your family move to America?)
Well, my mother said they kept track via the farming/harvesting etc, and I was born around the new year when they were harvesting… unfortunately, I’m not actually sure what time of year that is lol. It was a remote mountain village so their new year celebrations didn’t necessarily fall in line with Laos’s =P
The story goes my dad died by “chemical poisoning” from stuff dropped onto the village–only the women and children were treated. Then my mother packed us kids up, fled on foot into the jungle, and crossed the Mekong River into Thailand. We lived in a refugee camp until I was three (approximately) when we were allowed to relocate permanently to America
It probably sounds a lot more adventurous than it was lol.
Er, to clarify, that was during the Vietnam War.

I’m sorry, I just don’t really believe in it… I believe that we determine our fate. Although I do believe God has a greater outline for every person, but in the end, we choose our destiny. I see it like a plot mountain of a story, for writers, they know there is going to be a beginning, a rising action, a climax, a falling action, and a conclusion. I believe it’s the same as life. We know there will be a beginning, a rising action, etc., but we don’t know what and all will go into each of these sub groups, and it’s up to us to decide what makes us.
(That’s just my theory.) But Happy Birthday! I hope it’s a good one, and I’m really looking forward to this book.

I’m a Cancer, which is not my favorite thing, mostly just because of the name. One Christmas when my dad was going radiation treatment for his own bout of cancer, I unwrapped a mug from him–which he first explained he had gotten from the hospital gift shop–that had “Cancer” written on it in a big red font, and I thought it was a terrible joke (Dad’s always have the worst sense of humor).
