In I Am Not a Serial Killer, John Wayne Cleaver recognizes that he has all the traits of a classic sociopath. He prefers dead bodies to live ones and is obsessed with serial killers, but he’d rather not become one. He lives his life by a strict set of self-enforced rules, all designed for his own sake and the safety of others. But when a body arrives at the morgue where his mother works, John knows something is off. Has a real serial killer arrived in his town? For the first time, John is forced to confront a danger greater than himself, a threat he can’t control, before the killer strikes again.
