September 2015 Releases

Hey PubCrawlers! It’s been a while since we’ve done an Upcoming Titles feature, so I figure why not bring it back, especially as Fall 2015 is a pretty big season for us here at PubCrawl (including releases by current and former members). This is by no means a comprehensive list, but just a compilation of titles we think our readers (and our contributors!) would enjoy.

Just a warning, y’all: this is going to be an expensive month. Fall is traditionally a “big” season in publishing; the time when “important” books come out (you know, like the pre-Oscars push in Hollywood). And they’re starting the season off with a BANG, with 18—count ’em—EIGHTEEN books published the first week of September that we’ve chosen to highlight here (and we’re not even including the big adult titles like Jonathan Franzen’s Purity or new Girl with the Dragon Tattoo novel NOT written by Stieg Larsson).

Hide yo cards, hide yo wallets, ’cause we got books for err’body up here.

Without further ado, releasing this month we have:
